  • Electric Arc Furnace (EAF) and Laddle Furnace LF – (where alloy mixtures and secondary metallurgy are made): ferroalloys, 1+1 transformer, 1 hydraulic unit, 1 level 1 automation, 1+ 1 spectrometer + polisher, 1 sampler, 1 Celox measuring system, 1 set of refrigerated cables, 1 graphite + 1 injection system, 1 graphite injection + 1 lime injection synchronised system , 15+4 biplane electrodes.

  • Liquid Steel Ladle Conveyor Line: 1 EAF & LF laddle-carrier, 6 Ladles for Billet Continuous Rolling Mill feed.
  • 6x Billet Continous Rolling Lines and Billet Cutting Mill using oxi-fuel technology: 1 rotating turret, 2 carros 2 Tundish Distributors Carrier (Tundish), 2  3×3 Tundish Distributors, 6 Rolling Mill operating x off-line, 1 Measuring system to control steel level  in Rolling Mill, 1 Hydraulic System, water pumps, 1 Secondary Refrigeration and Billet Steering System, 1 Temperature Measuring System, 1 Hardening System by flame cutting  (oxicut), 1 Roller System, 1 billet to plate delivery set, 1 galloping refrigerating plate, 1 exit stand, 1 steam water evacuation, 1 false rigid billet system, Level 1 Automation, including Machine Control Centre (MCC).

Rolling Mill Layout 

  • Billet Reheating Furnace: 1 Boiler & Burners, 1 Heat Recovery Unit, 1 Gas & Combustion Control Stand, 1 Chimney and Combustion Smoke Purification System.

  • 12 to 32 mm diameter Rolling Mill: High/medium voltage switchgears (30 kv) 1x  High/low transformers Set, 1x Rolling Mill Motor drive panels, 1 Scaler, 1 Billet Welding Machine, 21x Rolling Mill Stand Motors and Reducers, 21 Rolling Mill Stands, including extensions, rolling and auxiliary guides, 3 being in V, 1x Loopers, 1x High-speed Rotating Shears for blunting and emergency, 1x Thermo-mechanical treatment, 1x entry cooling beam with sliders, 1x walking beam type bar cooling stand, 1 exit cooling conveyor stand, 1 cooling exit beam, 1 cold-cutting shear, 1 cold-cutting shear, 1 exit batching path roller, 1x Binding machine, 1x evacuation transfer stand, 1 air-oil station, 3x lubrication, air compression and hydraulic stations.
